Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of order shipment. Returned items must be in clean and in like-new condition, in original packaging, with sales receipt and tags. Credits will be given off the original payment price, shipping and handling will not be credited. Just ship items needing returned to us at Renegade Stores, 1700 Market Lane #390, Norfolk NE 68701. EXCHANGES: We offer free exchange shipping on all unworn items once we receive the returned item from the customer. The free shipping is either UPS Ground or USPS Priority.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS: Items returned due to a defect must be clean and such items will be inspected prior to credits being issued. If the defect is recognized and not ruled a part of natural wear & tear, a credit will be issued. In some instances, products may only qualify for replacement, repair, or a pro-rate of the original purchase price.

(A): Most items on the Renegade website are in-stock in sizes shown. A small number of items are web exclusive, and those will ship directly from the manufacturer.
#2. (FAQ): How will I receive my order?
(A): All orders ship out UPS or USPS only. In-stock shipments should arrive in 2 to 6 business days (weekends & holidays not included). Renegade does not mark our products up just to cover "So Called Free Shipping" . We charge our customers a fraction of the actual shipping charge. For an added charge, expedited shipping is available in most areas. RENEGADE only ships to addresses in the lower 48 states in the United States.
#3. (FAQ): What is the estimated arrival time on orders that come from the manufacturer?
(A): Arrival times that ship directly from the manufacturer can vary a great deal depending on availability. Such items can take as as little time as 3 days or as long as 3 weeks. After your order is processed, you will be notified if any delays are expected.

(A): We sell hundreds of items daily in our stores and online. To bring the newest and hottest products to the marketplace, we buy a limited amount of fashion merchandise. The ability to sell out of product allows us the space and resources to bring in new, fresh styles daily. If you see it and like it, we recommend you buy it! (A): We use X-Charge as our processor. X-charge is 100% PCI Compliant. With many breaches of credit card data in cyberworld and identity theft on the rise, the PCI Data Security Standard has been designed to ensure the highest degree of security to protect you, the cardholder. The Security Council is comprised of a set of 12 mandatory regulations, created by the card associations to safeguard consumer card data. As the number of people using credit cards has increased, so has the risk of card data compromise. The goal of the PCI Data Security Standard is to protect cardholder data that is processed, stored, or transmitted by merchants. X-Charge is the most secure system we have found. Your credit card data is not stored in anywhere in our system. As a matter of fact, we do not even see your credit card information. When an online order is placed, we receive an authorization sent to us from X-Charge, and data is only stored in their PCI Compliant System!! WE ARE SAFE!!

(A). NO!! Your contact information is never sold or used by anyone other than Renegade. We use purchase history to make more educated decisions on product selection, marketing, and to help you remember what you last purchased and those sizes. WE DO NOT SPAM. (A): Renegade opened in March of 2009 in a former Corral West Ranchwear store location. Late in 2008 BTWW Retail: Western Warehouse, Boot Town, & Corral West Ranchwear filed bankruptcy, and closed all 98 stores across the country. Troy Weyhrich who was the General Manager of this Corral West Ranchwear bought the location, along with a handful of business partners. Troy implemented many proven practices from the former company, as well as introduced many new ones, thus resulting in the birth of Renegade.

*Online Lay-A-Way is a great way to reserve items when finances do not allow you to make the entire purchase at this time. This is GREAT for holiday shopping and large purchases.
*A small deposit of 20% of the total purchase price, or $20, whichever is greater, is required to place your item(s) on Lay-A-Way.
*To keep your item(s) reserved for you, we only ask that you simply make monthly payments equal or greater than 10% of the original purchase price. (If 45 days has passed without a payment, a customer service agent will call you with a friendly reminder.)
* You can place anything listed on our web site on Lay-A-Way.
* You can cancel an Online Lay-A-Way at anytime. Your paid-to-date amount is returned to you, less a 10% Restocking Fee.
